It happens to all of us sometimes that we snap and get angry at our kids, parents or friends. Faced with stressful situations we forget how powerful our words are: both negative and positive. Especially when directed towards the young ones. Scientists and psychologists emphasize a great role of positive encouragement. Lets try to be supportive and do not forget we are only humans and we make mistakes. As long as we learn from them and do not repeat them time and time again it is all good. Next time we want to criticise others let’s think if our criticism is necessary. If yes, let’s make it as constructive as possible. If not, let it be. At the end of the day our life is too short to waste it on being too negative.
